He perdido mi clave. ¿Qué debo hacer^ top

Use el proceso de recuperación de clave de la página recargar saldo/entrar.


He realizado una recarga pero el saldo de mi cuenta no se ha actualizado.^ top

Los movimientos de las cuentas se actualizan de forma centralizada, de modo que quizá deba esperar unos minutos para que la actualización se realice correctamente.

Si acaba de hacer una recarga, por favor compruebe el estado del pago accediendo a su cuenta y comprobando sus recargas. Sólo las operaciones indicadas como "Completada" aparecerán en su cuenta de saldo.

Le sugerimos que intente hacer una llamada aunque el saldo recargado todavía no se muestre. A veces, el saldo de cuenta indicado puede tardar en actualizarse pero ello no impide que puedan efectuarse llamadas. Si puede llamar sin problemas, la cuenta de saldo se actualizará inmediatamente.


¿Recibiré una factura por correo?^ top

No enviamos facturas por correo, pero puede ver sus facturas y los detalles de las llamadas en línea siempre que lo desee.


Are there any other charges to pay?^ top

There are no registration or administration charges. The advertised tariff for each destination is all-inclusive. If you make a phone-to-phone call you will be charged a 5 eurocent starting fee.


How long does my credit last for calls?^ top

The credit you have purchased will NOT expire.


My order status shows "COMPLETED" but no credits are added to my account?^ top

In some cases customers have experienced longer than expected delays in between orders being processed and credits appearing in balances. Generally it should only take minutes, but in a small number of cases customers may have to wait longer for their balance to reflect the purchase.

You can always check your order status in the My Purchases section of your personal pages. We suggest you attempt to place a call even if the purchased credits have not appeared yet. In some cases the shown balance may take some time. If your order is listed as "Completed" you WILL receive your credits.


Can a company sign up?^ top

Yes, just tick the 'company' box when registering. The payment conditions and how the service works is exactly the same as for residential customers.


Where can I view and change my Dialnow customer details?^ top

If you wish to change your personal details please login and select 'Your invoice address' to update your account. Please note online changes may take up to an hour to be processed and may not show immediately on your account. Please be patient and check your account in an hour to see if the changes have been processed.

Should your account be blocked as a result of failed payments you may not be able to change your details until the block has been removed due to security reasons.


I have registered but haven't received a confirmation email^ top

If you have not received our subscription email due to spam filters for example your registration may still have been successful. Please try an hour after registration if you can make calls using Dialnow.
