Dialnow has an active fraud prevention system which automatically blocks accounts that are suspected of fraud, or are in tight connection with accounts that are suspected of fraud. If you believe your account has been blocked without justification, please send contact our customerservice
Are there any other charges to pay?^ top
There are no registration or administration charges. The advertised tariff for each destination is all-inclusive. If you make a phone-to-phone call you will be charged a 5 eurocent starting fee.
How long does my credit last for calls?^ top
The credit you have purchased will NOT expire.
I would like to pay without VAT, is that possible?^ top
All European accounts are subjected to german VAT. If you are a registered company, please contact your local tax office to check for tax redemption arrangements.
